OutOut requires users to be at least 13 years of age to create an account, in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and international regulations.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete their account and all associated data.

OutOut maintains strict policies and technical measures to prevent, detect, and eliminate Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM):

  • Zero Tolerance: We do not allow any content that sexually exploits, endangers, or harms children
  • Proactive Detection: All user-generated content is subject to automated and manual review processes
  • User Reporting: Users can report unsafe content or behaviour directly through the app's reporting tools
  • Immediate Action: Reported content is reviewed promptly by our moderation team, typically within 24 hours
  • Account Suspension: Accounts found to violate child safety policies are immediately suspended pending investigation
  • Law Enforcement Cooperation: We report all instances of suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement authorities

4. Prohibited Content and Behaviour

The following is strictly prohibited on OutOut:

  • Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors
  • Sharing, distributing, or soliciting CSAM
  • Grooming or predatory behaviour toward minors
  • Soliciting personal information from minors for harmful purposes
  • Sharing sexually explicit content with or about minors
  • Encouraging or facilitating inappropriate contact with minors

5. Safety Features

OutOut includes several features designed to protect young users:

  • Friend-Based System: Users can only join OutOuts if invited by the creator, reducing exposure to strangers
  • Temporary Content: OutOuts have defined end times and become read-only archives, limiting prolonged exposure
  • Message Reporting: Users can report any individual message directly from the chat by long-pressing it
  • User Reporting & Blocking: Users can report or block another user via the icon next to their name in the friends list or search results
  • Parental Guidance: We encourage parents and guardians to discuss online safety with young users

6. How to Report Concerns

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates our child safety policies:

  • Report a message: Long-press any message in the chat, tap the icon, and select Report
  • Report a user: Tap the icon next to their name in your friends list or search results and select Report user
  • Email: Contact our safety team at support@wheresg.com with "Child Safety Report" in the subject line
  • Emergency: If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement immediately

All reports are treated with the highest priority and confidentiality. We investigate all reports thoroughly and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension, content removal, and reporting to authorities.
